The CBTC accept members from all over New Zealand and the world. The CBTC encourages and supports Bully ownership at all levels – pet, show, breeder, enthusiast.
As a club we recognise the importance of breed health. We aim to provide an approachable source of information and friendly advice for members and newcomers to the breed alike. We encourage all breeders to health test for Luxating Patella, heart conditions, Hereditary Nephritis and Polycystic Kidney Disease, and all prospective owners to ask for health certification when inquiring after a puppy. Healthy Bullies make happy Bullies… and happy owners!
Joining the club is a great way to make new friends, learn about the breed and share your experiences with other Bull Terrier enthusiasts. As a member you will receive the club “Bullietin” newsletter (to keep you up to date with all the comming events and the latest Bully goss), you’ll have the opportunity to list your show results and Bully photos on the website, submit your Bully anecdotes for the Bullietin and of course take part in all club activities! (visitors are welcome too)
